COILLTE WINS MAJOR EUROPEAN BUSINESS AWARD
Adrian Tripp, CEO of the European Business Awards; Gerry Britchfield Coillte; Paul Richards Managing Director EBA; and Robert Coles, Regional Leader Europe at RSM.
Coillte is pleased to announce that the company has won the Millicom Award for Environmental & Corporate Sustainability at the European Business Awards ceremony, held on 6th June 2013 in Istanbul, Turkey.
Speaking at the ceremony Gerry Britchfield, Acting Chief Executive of Coillte said:
“We are delighted to win this award and to be recognised in this category because environmental and corporate sustainability are what Coillte is all about – our core purpose is to enrich lives locally, nationally and globally though innovative and sustainable management of natural resources.

He also expressed his thanks to the European Business Awards for the honour and to RSM Farrell Grant Sparks in Ireland who nominated Coillte for the initial phase of the awards.
